"And now will I shew thee the truth. Behold, there shall stand up yet three kings in Persia; and the fourth shall be far richer than they all: and by his strength, through his riches, he shall stir up all against the realm of Grecian." - Daniel 11:2 KJV
There has always been a highly successful marketing campaign by Mammon that says Christians don't need wealth to win in life or to be an overcomer. But this scripture is in the bible also and explains in no uncertain terms how wealth and resources are vital to getting things done in the earth. It was the fourth king of Persia who's wealth being far greater than the previous three who was to have enough strength to get results. Note here that riches is synonymous with strength. Please riddle me this "why is it that Christians don't believe that money has power and that wealth is a form of strength? Could it be that we don't believe we need strength? I don't really know how that could be because throughout the whole of the Bible we are commanded to be strong.
Somehow, somewhere along the line in Christendom, someone brought a wrong doctrine concerning poverty and wealth. They played on the ideas that being a Christian is hard and that because of the trials and tribulations involved we need and have a God that will do everything and anything we ask Him to do when we need Him to do it. Now I don't know about you but that sounds more like a genie in a bottle to me. But saints are waking up to the fact that it simply doesn't work that way. We are realizing that we were made for Him and the other way around. God is revealing His true self through true fivefold ministers and requiring the His people began to line up with the right doctrine concerning money and it uses.
Wealth today is not looked at as a tool to help God win the war against all of the other gods who are fighting heaven all day everyday nonstop. It is preached in the form of the prosperity gospel that says heap up money and wealth unto yourselves so that others will think God is with you. Well, my friends, this could not be farther from the truth.
The bible is very clear on the subject of wealth. We see that it is called a "Defense and the Answer to all things. Just on that understanding alone, we can start to form the opinion that as Christians we are going to need some money not only to survive in this world but to also navigate and overcome it. Winning with Wealth is vital to the Christian community. I am called to expose and promote what must be done to reform the Church of Jesus Christ by the Spirit of God. All in the effort to help the Lord present His bride Holy and acceptable. To do this people's eyes must be opened to the truth about the spirit of mammon. They must understand that they have a contending master. They need to know that if they are not being fully mastered by God then they are in fact being mastered by mammon.
Now is the time that our money becomes a strength and no longer the in some cases the generational financial weakness and a curse. That by way of just stewardship we may realize our true potential in the natural and not just in theory. Wealth is dangerous and tricky to maintain. Wealth is hard fought for and won and must be accompanied by a massive amount of wisdom. Wealth must be managed in such a way as to not lose one's soul to it. And Wealth must be mastered in order to bring about Gods covenant blessings and promises. Wealth is not a game and the pursuit of it is not to be taken lightly. It must with all assuredness come from God or else it has been delivered from the pits of hell.
